A. Changed your mind?

  1. Fill in the returns form and select the appropriate reason.

  2. Post the item to the following address:

  3. Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a full refund.

B. Item faulty or not as described

  1. Fill in the returns form and select the appropriate reason. If you want a replacement, let me know in the ‘anything else’ section.

  2. I’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label, which includes:
    • A PDF you can print at home
    • A QR code you can show at a Post Office (they’ll print the label for you)

  3. Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a full refund or send out a replacement if you wanted one.

C. Want to keep the item and get a 50% refund?

  1. Fill in the returns form and select the appropriate reason.

  2. I’ll issue you a 50% refund—no need to send the item back.

D. Exchange for a different size

  1. Fill in the returns form and select the appropriate reason. In the ‘anything else’ section, let me know what size you want.

  2. I’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label (PDF + QR code included).

  3. Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a full refund.

  4. Once I receive notification from Royal Mail that you have sent the t-shirt back, I will post your replacement to you.
