there is an environmental cost to anything being made…i try as far as possible to make this cost as small as possible and i have chosen and sourced the most eco-friendly products i could find…
for the t-shirts…they are 100% organic cotton ‘GOTS’ certified, made by Stanley/Stella- they are vegan peta approved, part of the Fair Wear Foundation – Fair Wear…essentially they are doing everything they can to be as sustainable as they can be in an area which can be pretty unsustainable.
to get the print on the t-shirt, i use a process called direct-to-film printing (dtf) which uses high quality transfers from tigerprints.co.uk. i create the designs, i then have them printed, they are sent to me on a plastic film, i then heat press the transfer onto your t-shirt. the inks in the transfers are water based as opposed to plastic based. the adhesive is vegan friendly. the film that the transfers are printed onto is recyclable.
for delivery, the packaging is plastic free, made from paper and is compostable.
i will usually have enough stock that i can press your t-shirt and send it out with 24 hours…ish. occassionally though i may not have the right size or colour t-shirt, so there may be a few days wait. in this case i will contact you and ask if you are happy to wait or perhaps instead change the colour of your t-shirt.

items are sent using royal mail tracked 24.
i will send out your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. i will post it to you using royal mail tracked 24, so ideally from the time you order your t-shirt, it should be with you somewhere between 2-3 days after you order it.

For Europe the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days after your order has been dispatched. It is sent using Royal Mail European Tracked.

i hope you love your t-shirt or print, but I totally understand if something’s not quite right and you need to return or exchange it. You’ve got three options:
UK customers: (International customers - see below)
1. Return for a full refund (including postage cost refund)
  You cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or damaged—in that case, I’ll cover it.
2. Keep the item and receive a 50% refund (no refund of postage cost)
  If it doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right but you’d rather not return it, this option is available…you could gift it to a friend perhaps. Then just reorder the correct size. I hope this won’t be taken advantage of—this is a small little business run by just me.
3. Exchange for a different size
  I’ll cover the return postage cost for size swaps and the postage of the new t-shirt.
Returns Policy
- You have up to 28 days from the dispatch date to return or exchange an item.
- Please let me know within 14 days of dispatch if you’d like to return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed (trying it on is absolutely fine).
- Please return items in clean, resellable condition, free from pet hair, strong scents (like perfume), or other signs of wear.
International Customers (from outside the UK)
The above returns options and policy is the same for international customers, however the return postage cost must be covered by you.

here are some tips to help look after your t-shirt. the print is a transfer which is heat pressed onto the t-shirt using a special adhesive. following the guidelines below will help keep your t-shirt looking brilliant - preventing it from cracking or peeling and help it to last longer.
1. wash at 30 or 40 degrees inside out to stop other clothing rubbing against the print.
2. do not tumble dry or iron directly on the transfers...this can affect the adhesive.
3. do not use any fabric softeners as this can also affect the adhesive on the print.
4. it’s best to use a mild eco laundry detergent without harsh chemicals.
5. when air drying your t-shirt, turn it inside out as direct sunlight can affect the colour
